Anthem Ranch is one of the largest residential repair programs Park Range has managed: structural repairs on more than 150 homes in the Broomfield community.
As a licensed general contractor, Park Range ran each home turnkey. Crews underpinned the foundations with helical piles or micropiles, installed structural slabs, interior drains and re-voiding, replaced concrete and improved drainage, then rebuilt the basement finishes with cosmetic repairs.
Inside each home, crews worked within temporary protection to keep the rest of the house clean while the drill rigs ran.
