Known as "The Structural Repair Specialists Since 1981," Park Range is a licensed general contractor that runs structural repair projects turnkey: temporary protection, demolition, underpinning, drainage, building envelope and cosmetic finishes, through to the final walkthrough.
We underpin with helical piles, micropiles and galvanized steel resistance piers, chosen for your soils and loads. When a finished basement is involved, we demo the finishes and rebuild them once the structural work is complete.
