Park Range has installed thousands of helical piles across Colorado and neighboring states. Our ICC-certified helical piles are ideal for challenging soil conditions, including high water tables, collapsible soils, clays and sands, and they can torque into bedrock for both compression and tension support.
Helical piles are versatile. We use them for new foundations, underpinning existing foundations, additions, renovations, guy wires, light poles, bridge abutments, pipe supports, MSE wall foundations, shoring and more.
We provide preconstruction services and engineered stamped submittals, perform load testing, and install every pile under strict OSHA safety standards. We are known for challenging projects and can work indoors and on low-clearance sites. Large or small, we size the helical pile to your requirements.
